VINCI Energies acquires Premiere Automation LLC., an Industrial Controls and Robotics specialist in the USA with their office in Charleston, South Carolina. Premiere Automation provides Project Management, Controls and Robotics Integration and Training Services for clients in the Automotive Industry. With this acquisition, VINCI Energies further expands its industrial business portfolio in the USA and specifically in the Automotive Industry.
Premiere Automation, founded in 2018, is a Controls and Robotics specialist in the Automotive Industry, employing a deep knowledge of Automotive production processes. With this, Premiere Automation is able to provide best quality solutions to major Automotive manufacturers and also provide in-depth training programs.
